We use a variety of techniques including spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and exercise rehabilitation.  Some of these techniques are traditional chiropractic in which you do hear a "popping" sound.  Others are very conservative in which you do not hear any popping.  Please see our "services" page for additional information.

We are IN NETWORK with most insurances including but not limited to Medicare, BCBS, United health, Cigna, Aetna, HAP, PHP, Meridian, Medicaid, Priority Health, Blue Cross Complete, auto accidents and more.  We can help look up your insurance coverage to see what your costs could be.

 On your initial visit, you can expect a comprehensive assessment designed to understand your health history and current concerns. The visit typically begins with a detailed discussion about your symptoms, medical history, and any previous treatments. Following this, the chiropractor may perform a physical examination, which could include assessing your posture, range of motion, and spinal alignment. In some cases, diagnostic tests such as X-rays may be taken in house to get a clearer picture of your spine and overall health.

Based on this evaluation, the chiropractor will discuss their findings with you and outline a personalized treatment plan tailored to address your specific needs. This plan may include recommendations for chiropractic adjustments, exercises, or lifestyle changes. It’s a collaborative process, and your chiropractor will make sure to answer any questions you have and explain the next steps clearly.

Everyone is different!  We have some patients we see more frequently and others for a shorter duration.  For example a patient with a severe disc injury will likely have a longer care plan than a patient with a mild ankle sprain.

Yes, when warranted.  We have state of the art digital x-ray in our office and will take images if we need additional information for diagnostic purposes.

YES!!  We are happy to work with your healthcare team and pride ourselves on knowing where our expertise ends and when to properly refer.  We are happy to give treatment records and update your doctor on your progress through your care.

No, you do not have to have Chiropractic care if you'd just like massage therapy.
